We respect the privacy of every individual who visits our websites or uses our products and services.

Agreeing to this privacy policy

Information we collect

• Contact information: First name, last name, email address
• Account security: Passwords are encrypted and cannot be read by anyone
• Device data: IP address, browser and operating system information
• Purchase and account activity: Purchase date, amount paid, coupons used, most recent login dates/times,
  order confirmations and invoices

We do not store your financial information. All payments are handled by secure payment processors (Paygate) via WooCommerce.
Any payment information you enter is encrypted and processed by the payment providers.

How we use your information

• Order fulfilment: Process payments, arrange shipping, provide invoices/order confirmations
• Account management: Support login, product/content access, license/invoice access, and membership services
• Communication: Respond to inquiries, send service notifications, and relevant updates
• Fraud prevention: Screen orders and device information (including IP) for potential risk or fraud
• Optimisation: Improve and optimise our websites (analytics, performance, experience)
• Marketing (with consent): Send updates about products, services, discounts, promotions, and news via Omnisend.

You may request an export of your information and request deletion of your account.
Without an account, you will not be able to log in or access purchased products/services.

SMS and Telephone Consent

By providing your mobile number or telephone contact details, you consent to King Sanctuary using this information
to send transactional messages (such as order confirmations, booking updates, or service notifications) and, with
your explicit permission, occasional promotional messages related to our products, services, and events.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying “STOP” to an SMS message, adjusting your communication
preferences in your account profile, or contacting us at
privacy@kingsanctuary.online.

We will never sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
Standard carrier rates may apply for SMS messages.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, and to request correction, updates, or deletion.
We may require ID verification to confirm your identity before fulfilling such requests.

If you are a European resident, you have rights under GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing,
and data portability. We process information to fulfil contracts (e.g., when you make an order) or to pursue legitimate business interests.

We retain order information and account records for our business and legal needs unless and until you ask us to delete this information,

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our websites. Google Analytics may set cookies to track usage and engagement.

• Newsletter/offer forms: Cookies may prevent repeated display of signup forms

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the footer of each email.

Comments

When visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help
with spam detection. An anonymized string (hash) from your email address may be provided to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it;

After approval, your profile picture may be visible with your comment.

Media

If you upload images, avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors may download and extract location data from images on the site.

Embedded content

Articles may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles). Embedded content from other websites behaves as if you visited the other website.
Those sites may collect data, use cookies, embed third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction, including tracking your interaction if you have an
account and are logged in to that website.

How long we retain your data

Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely to automatically recognize and approve follow-ups.

(except username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
